'The Coder and the Seamstress' @brettanderson16 and I burned some midnight oil last night at our respective machines. I'm a morning person (because coffee) but get into creative flow states late in the eve. #stateofthestudio #stayuplateandmakethings

Perhaps you haven’t smelt heaven, till you have stuck your nose in a lavender plant. (at Slice of a Lavender Field)
Carbs are for suckers tonight and I realized I may be dining alone till the playoffs are over. Was fun to see beautiful spreads for mothers day today to gain momentum with @inplanview and the #30daysatthetable project. (at Penthaus 270°)
Winnipeg’s best cup of coffee with WA (at Little Sister Coffee Maker)
You never know what lessons await you when you travel, but it is guaranteed you will go home with something that will change the way you look at life or change a cultural habit that you really savoured during your journeys. For me this came during some time in southern Italy last May. So many elements of our time in Italy was crafted around the art of a meal. Whether we ate at ‘home’ at the masseria, or out in a field, or in a centuries old cave with fresco paintings and statues, the table was always fully set. (and the wine was always full!). I believe this experience, and a lack of sit-down meals while being a student for the past five years have sparked my new summer endeavour: @inplanview. Long live your table linens!
If you can’t reel in a dinner guest, you can dinner date yourself. Check out the new new new @inplanview and let me see your #30daysatthetable (!)
Can’t complain about the guests that I have had as company across the table these past few nights. Whose coming over next? Just bring a bottle of wine we can’t seem to keep ours stocked. #30daysatthetable #linenrevolution
