Petite impressionists! This afternoon we studied and painted Monet’s waterlilies. I don’t think I could have done it better myself really. #stateofthestudio
See also: how excited I am for spring sunshine beaming through my window. Right now puddles, but soon, leaves. Green green leafy trees.
Now that the stress is gone, I think my eyes will turn blue again.

Just handed in my final essay of undergrad. I promised everyone they’d meet tequila Chelsea again after school was over and since I haven’t bought any in 3 years I figured #gobigorgohome
Gotta balance out these selfies and cat pics with some grub. Here I am melting raw cocoa butter, whiskin it with cocoa powder and pouring it over cashew butter. Recipe posted nowhere on my food blog that I don’t have. #justwingit
Counting down the days to the film ‘Finding Vivian Maier’. She had selfie game or ‘self portraits’. Often in reflections. Do you ever wonder what Vivian Maier would do with a cellphone, or what Susan Sontag would have to say about instagram?

I hope I can render for an Architecture firm one day..
This sweater is a hug from my grandpa during a rough week. It’s his cowichan bay sweater from his thirties. He was an engineer, we used to build things together in his wood shop and he had a great taste for modernism that I couldn’t dream of curating myself. I think he’d be proud of his first grand daughter graduating from environmental design. #heavythings
Rendering of the entrance to the Guest Suite
